At 91ÌÒÉ«, only non-Nevada residents pay tuition,
while all students pay registration fees.
Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) &
Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP)
91ÌÒÉ« proudly participates in both the and the , offering reduced tuition rates to students from participating western states and territories. Both programs allow eligible students to pay 150% of the in-state registration fees—significantly less than nonresident tuition.
Eligibility
- Only newly admitted students in a degree-seeking program may apply.
- The application process must be completed before the student begins attendance at 91ÌÒÉ«.
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens or resident aliens.
- For WUE: Applicants must be a high school graduate from an approved WUE state or have been a legal resident of an approved WUE state for at least 12 months before the start of the term.
- For WRGP: Legal residency in an approved WICHE state for at least 12 months prior to the start of the term is required (high school graduation requirement does not apply).
Residency Rule for WUE Students
Students approved for WUE status and enrolled in classes may not be reclassified as Nevada residents unless they disenroll from WUE and pay full nonresident tuition for at least 12 months prior to reclassification.

- School Psychology Education Specialist (Ed.S.)
- Speech-Language Pathology (M.Ed.)
Predictable Pricing
In order to allow students and parents to appropriately budget for college costs in advance, the Nevada Board of Regents has approved a Predictable Pricing Program. This program provides the cost of base tuition fees for a four-year period.
