The Third Annual Nevada State University Community Awards was a night to celebrate exceptional leaders and community partners across Nevada.
This year鈥檚 awardees featured Roberto鈥檚 Taco Shop, recipient of the President鈥檚 Medal 鈥 Corporation award, and Junior Achievement of Southern... Nevada, honored with the President鈥檚 Medal 鈥 Nonprofit for their commitment to empowering youth and enhancing the community. The City of North Las Vegas received the Community Partner Award for its support of Nevada鈥檚 students and families.
The event also recognized individuals for their leadership and service, such as Las Vegas Raiders Senior Vice President of Government and Community Relations Piper Overstreet-White, who received the Visionary Award, and Walter Hashimoto, a dedicated community leader who was honored with the Service Award.
