Overview

Our Mission:

Campus Infrastructure is responsible for implementing campus planning parameters for the 91��ɫ, embracing all aspects of project delivery from space management, planning, design, construction, FF&E, and move-in. As part of our role in managing projects, the Campus Infrastructure staff will develop financial strategies, space planning, oversee architectural design, review plans, FF&E, specifications, manage reviews from the authorities having jurisdiction, prepare and negotiate construction contracts, manage construction, and close-out.

Our Role:

Campus Infrastructure plays a vital role in implementing the 91��ɫ’s goal to expand, build, and maintain an excellent physical infrastructure with a commitment to innovation and impact. NS’s infrastructure will support growing programs, populations of diverse culture, learning and research environments, and multiple levels of engagement.

Specific Strategies Include:

Add space capacity and facilities to meet current and future demand
Collaborate with campus constituents and third party developers with local governments
Address accessibility challenges in facilities to better serve students, employees, and visitors with special needs
Strengthen NS’s campus infrastructure and utility needs to accommodate growth and technological needs.
